Makayla - HR & Talent Acquisitions

Makayla brings a steady mix of leadership, heart, and hustle to Albatross Reserve. Originally from Lebanon, Indiana, and a proud graduate of Purdue University, she’s all about helping others grow—both in business and in life.
Makayla joined Albatross with one goal in mind: to develop skills that would serve her personally and professionally for years to come. That mission quickly evolved into something even bigger. Today, one of her proudest accomplishments is watching others around her thrive—whether that’s someone opening their own office or hitting a personal milestone they never thought possible.
Her vision for the year ahead is focused on building a high-performing office while continuing to mentor others toward business ownership. She thrives in a leadership role and is deeply invested in the success of her teammates.
Outside of work, Makayla is passionate about travel, sports, and staying connected to her roots. She was adopted from China and grew up with a love for athletics—playing softball and swimming competitively. A die-hard Purdue basketball fan, she’s got a competitive edge that fuels her energy both on and off the clock.
Makayla lives by the motto: “Look good, feel good, play good.” It’s a mantra that reflects her confidence, preparation, and belief in showing up fully every day. Her favorite team memories at Albatross always involve time outside the office—especially team BBQs and poolside hangouts that make work feel like family.
Driven by growth, grounded in team spirit, and always ready to lead by example, Makayla is a key force in the culture and momentum of Albatross Reserve.

Matt - Assistant Manager

Matt, originally from the Bay Area of California, also grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and Indiana. He attended Indiana University – Bloomington, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management and a minor in Business. Matt is a proud member of the US Army and the first in his family to graduate from a university and serve in the military. Of Filipino descent, he enjoys traveling the world, trying new foods, and engaging in various outdoor activities.

Melika - Sales Representative

Originally from Iran and now based in Houston, Texas, Melika brings a powerful mix of ambition, empathy, and vibrant personality to the Albatross Reserve team. With an associate’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in English Literature, she combines analytical thinking with a deep appreciation for communication—a perfect fit for the fast-paced world of sales.

Melika joined Albatross Reserve in pursuit of growth, and she’s proven that drive in a big way. In just seven months, she advanced to the Senior Team Lead position and became the top-performing sales representative in the country for her campaign. Her success is fueled by her passion for people—she genuinely enjoys connecting with others, helping them find solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Her next big goal? Overseeing a market and mentoring others on the same path she’s traveled. Melika is deeply committed to paying it forward and creating opportunities for those ready to grow alongside her. When she’s not working, Melika is likely enjoying nature or getting in a workout. A self-proclaimed movie buff, she also has a love for languages and culture—she speaks fluent Farsi and proudly shares that she’s ranked #7 in the world on the mobile game Temple Run.

Though she only played handball for a year in school, Melika brings a champion’s mindset to everything she does. Her favorite quote, “Some birds are not meant to be caged. Their feathers are too bright, their songs too sweet and wild,” reflects her bold, uncontainable spirit. She also draws inspiration from Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People, a book that aligns with her relationship-first approach to leadership and sales.

Among her favorite team memories is a day spent boating on Canyon Lake—proof that she knows how to work hard and have fun along the way. Teammates describe her in one word: driven. But ask her what she brings to the team, and she’ll simply say, with a smile: “Spice.”

Zach - Sales Representative

Originally from the scenic town of Whitefish, Montana, Zach brings a unique blend of drive, curiosity, and outdoor grit to the Albatross Reserve team. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry—specializing in Medicinal Chemistry—from Arizona State University, Zach’s academic background reflects his analytical mindset and commitment to growth.

Zach joined Albatross Reserve to sharpen his skills and prepare for a future in business ownership. What drew him to the sales world was the dynamic, people-focused environment—he thrives on meeting new individuals, building connections, and pushing himself beyond his comfort zone. One of his proudest achievements to date is consistently breaking his own weekly sales records, a testament to his relentless work ethic and competitive spirit.

Looking ahead, Zach has his sights set on building a high-performing team and earning a promotion to Assistant Manager. His teammates describe him as dedicated, and he brings a strong sense of friendly competition to the office that keeps the energy high and everyone on their toes.

Outside of work, Zach is an adventurer at heart. A lifelong skier since the age of five, he spends much of his free time outdoors—hiking, rafting, fishing, camping, hunting, and traveling whenever he can. He’s also a former football and lacrosse player, and that athletic discipline carries into how he shows up for his team each day.

A fan of personal development, Zach lives by the quote, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there” by Theodore Roosevelt. One of his favorite reads is Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book that mirrors his belief in the power of small, consistent actions. Among his favorite team memories at Albatross? A laid-back day of basketball and poolside fun—proof that for Zach, team culture matters just as much as hitting goals.

Donivyn - Sales Representative

Born and raised in Peoria, Arizona, Donivyn brings a rare blend of focus, determination, and good energy to the Albatross Reserve team. With a background in college basketball and a strong drive for success, Donivyn thrives in competitive environments where hard work directly fuels results.

He joined Albatross Reserve with one clear intention: to find a place where he could grow personally and professionally, and build a long-term career. What drew him most to sales was the idea of being rewarded based solely on effort—not clocking hours, but truly earning every win. That mindset keeps him motivated every day as he climbs the ranks.

Over the next year, Donivyn has big goals: he’s determined to be in the top five reps each week and to grow a strong, consistent team around him. His teammates describe him in one word—interesting—but beneath his fun and laid-back presence is someone deeply committed to achieving his goals and doing whatever it takes to get there.

When he’s not working, Donivyn enjoys playing poker, spending time with friends, and staying active. He played basketball at the collegiate level and still brings that athlete’s discipline and team mentality to his work. He’s also lived in Arizona his whole life, and yes—he can touch his nose with his tongue (ask him, he’ll prove it).

Donivyn lives by the motto: “Everything happens for a reason,” and his favorite team memories always circle back to community—barbecues, basketball games, and just being around good people who push each other to be better.

With a balance of fun and fierce ambition, Donivyn is a rising force at Albatross Reserve and someone who leads by example—on and off the court.

Bryan - Sales Representative

Bryan is a driven and passionate sales professional originally from Gurnee, a northern suburb of Illinois. He studied Business Management and Technological Solutions at Arizona State University, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and innovation.
Bryan brings a dynamic energy to sales, combining his competitive nature with a genuine desire to help others succeed. With a natural ability to connect with people, he thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering results. His background in athletics, particularly basketball and golf, has instilled in him discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic that carries into his professional life.
Outside of work, Bryan is an active member of City of Grace, a Christian church that plays an important role in his life. He’s motivated by his faith, a commitment to personal growth, and a mission to inspire success in those around him.
Whether on the court, in the office, or out in the field, Bryan strives to lead with integrity, enthusiasm, and a focus on achieving goals — both his own and those of the people he serves.
