Aly - CEO
Aly, the CEO and founder of Albatross Reserve, was born and raised in Egypt. He moved to the USA at the age of 16 and attended flight school, earning his commercial pilot license. After a brief period working for the airlines in Egypt, a revolution led him to return to the USA, where he transitioned into a career in sales. Aly has lived in Arizona and Dallas, and he ran a company in Indianapolis before deciding to return to Arizona and establish Albatross Reserve.
Makayla - HR & Talent Acquisitions
Makayla was adopted from China and raised in Lebanon, Indiana. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Human Resources. Makayla joined Aly in 2019 as a member of the sales team and transitioned to the HR and recruiting team after a year. She has since joined him in Arizona to help continue growing the firm.
Matt - Sales Representative
Matt, originally from the Bay Area of California, also grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and Indiana. He attended Indiana University – Bloomington, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management and a minor in Business. Matt is a proud member of the US Army and the first in his family to graduate from a university and serve in the military. Of Filipino descent, he enjoys traveling the world, trying new foods, and engaging in various outdoor activities.
Isai - Sales Representative
Isai was born in Illinois and moved to Indianapolis for better educational opportunities. Participating in the 21st Century Scholars and Starfish programs, Isai sought to create better opportunities and learn from mentors. Committed to personal growth, Isai strives to make each day the best it can be. When faced with challenges, the gym becomes a place of expression and improvement. A fun fact about Isia is a love for gaming, especially creative games.
Nate - Sales Representative
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, he was raised there for most of his life. A big goal for him is to travel and visit Hawaii. He joined Albatross Reserve in August 2022 and is dedicated to learning new skills to further his career. Fun fact: He loves to play basketball in his free time and enjoys listening to music.
